Captivating 6-Person Caravan in Rhyl

Very good position for Club and baths

No toilet roll and no towels were provided or cleaning products as usually these are supplied in other caravans

Nice and clean. Easy to get to and good price. Had a lovely two night.. nice and warm early and evening with heating on. Kitchen well equipped with pans pots cutlery cups etc.

Not the luxurious caravan i expected. The bedrooms were lovely but not as the picture. It was deceiving as the two beds were not normal size single beds. This is how it looked on the photos But we had two cabin beds, although they were comfortable it was a tight squeeze. Toilet plunger on top of cistern not there and no sink plug in on -suite. Main bathroom sink plug fitted but sink hole needs a good clean as water comes back up when emptying. No cleaning products to put down toilet or complimentary toilet roll in each bathroom. Also no comlimentary washing up liquid. Radiator control in small bedroom loose and could not turn down heater when on in the rest of the caravan. Little jobs but important ones. Would have paid a little more for the two nights if all these jobs were done.

The property is very cosy WiFi was included in the property Very secure Not far from the beach

Not very clear directions on how to find the property No vacuum cleaner/brush to help clean up after our stay

Bed was comfortable

No linen provided even although it said in the listing. Told the night before there was a £30 charge for linen. Quilt not the best. Brought our own lucky. Shower tray all black mould. Silicon needs removed and cleaned then replaced. Tap on cooker broken. Freezer unusable because it was totally iced up. Water in the bottom of the fridge. Fire needs cleaned. Roof vent needs cleaned. Sofas very uncomfortable. Tv didn’t work very well. Also wall tv is mounted on is coming away at the top.
