24hrs Northern Lights & Whale Watching Cruise

The whole package was well planned and organised. We were well look after and had a busy but manageable plan of events. We were lucky as only 15 people on the tour - it is end of the season. Food was excellent and all staff were friendly and helpful. We did see several sperm whales and the captain made such an effort to do so- we went way out but so worth it. We did the dorsal fin of an Orca but they are wild animals and that's the beauty. We saw the Northern lights on the way back- which was special too. Loved it - thank you. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the Owners cabin - our anniversary - such a thoughtful touch. Much appreciated

Two of our party had sea sickness due to boat movement but that was because we went so far out. We would visit again but earlier in the season to avoid this.

I booked the 24hr whale watching and Northern Lights trip with booking.com for the Norwegian travel boat trip combining both activities. The trip was for the 30/12/2025. I have travel to many places in my life and have experienced a significant range of services. This trip was incredible and will stay in my memory forever. The scenery was breathtaking, all of the staff was superb and the guides for the northern lights and the whale watching were phenomenal. We experience the northern lights and the whale watching was out of this world, Definitely a bucket list experience

The cruise was one of the most beautiful experiences. Starting with the reception, the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Our initial meeting was at the office, after which we headed to the ship. We received a wonderful welcome onboard, and one of the staff members personally escorted us to our cabin. The room was expected to be small due to the size of the ship, but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. As for dining, breakfast was not a full buffet—only a few simple items were available, while the rest had to be ordered from a limited menu. Lunch and dinner, however, were quite good; the food was tasty, clean, and of high quality. The staff were exceptionally polite and hospitable. They explained the different types of whales and the reasons behind the appearance of the Northern Lights. Yes, the cruise is expensive, but it is truly worth it for several reasons. First, it saves you from long bus tours that can last up to six hours. While on the ship, you can comfortably watch the Northern Lights from multiple locations and on several occasions, which saves you from booking separate tours. Whale watching is also included, which is one of the main activities in Tromsø. In addition, the cruise includes a comfortable overnight stay, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as educational explanations about everything you see. It is truly worth it and highly recommended.
