Perfect stay – clean, bright, and great location

The apartment was spacious, bright, very clean, and in a great location close to the lake. Communication with the host was excellent — quick, clear, and helpful. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos.

Nice staying, satisfied!

The host is responsive, kind, we found the keys easily. We stayed 2 nights. The apartment is very spacious. The location is ok if you have your own car because there is a parking lot - which was one of our priorities. The surroundings of the building are clean and tidy, it is very safe, quiet and calm, The apartment is clean. The location itself is ok and it's really quiet - but you will need about half an hour's drive to Como lake. Quite place suitable for family with 4-6 people. It was cold in the apartment (in my opinion) but we contacted the owner and right away he put the temperature up. The wi-fi was great!

The light switches were confusing, and some were not inside the room itself. Mattress too soft, like you are sleeping on quicksand - I didn't like it. The pillows are not good as well.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in kalter Wohnung

Gute Sauberkeit, Schöne und vollständige Einrichtung, ausreichend Parkplatz kostenfrei vor dem Haus, gute Lage.

1. Die Wohnung wird "fernverwaltet". Elektronisches Einchecken war umständlich und hat am Ende doch nicht perfekt funktioniert. Wir mussten Anrufen, um den Code zu erfragen; die versprochene automatische e-mail mit dem Code ist nie angekommen. 2. Kein Ansprechpartner und "Kümmerer" vorort. Wohl auch deshalb war die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft (26.9.2025) ungeheizt und ausgekühlt. Heizung war ausgeschaltet und/oder defekt. Temperaturen in Erba zu diesem Zeitpunkt ca. 12 °C tagsüber, nachts vielleicht 8 °C (tagelanger Regen und Kälte). Weil es keinen Kümmerer vorort gibt, haben wir die Gastherme mit telefonischer Unterstützung des Eigentümers am nächsten Tag selbst in Gang setzen müssen. Dadurch gab es irgendwann zwar heißes Wasser, aber die Heizung funktionierte trotzdem nicht. Meine Frau und ich haben gemeinsam mit unseren beiden ein- und dreijährigen Töchtern in der Wohnung gefroren und der Eigentümer hat uns am Telefon auf unsere Reklamation hin unter anderem erläutert, dass die Heizperiode in Italien erst Mitte Oktober beginnt... Was sagt man dazu? Der Eigentümer hat dann doch noch kurzfristig elektrische Heizgeräte liefern lassen, sodass wir die Wohnung wenigstens notdürftig heizen konnten. Meine Frau hat sich in der ungeheizten Wohnung eine satte Erkältung zugezogen. 3. Die Matratzen im Doppelbett sind sehr weich und zusätzlich stark durchgelegen. Erholsamer Schlaf nicht möglich. 3. Die Toilettenbrille ist komplett lose.

Quando vuoi fare una fuga dalla città, anche romantica

Casa moderna e spaziosa in posizione eccellente a due passi dal lago. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa e familiare, con il benvenuto del caffè offerto dai proprietari. La casa è impeccabilmente pulita e ben organizzata, con servizi di ottimo livello. La posizione è fantastica per visitare i laghi della zona e le altre bellezze locali. Nel complesso un'esperienza molto positiva. Condominio silenzioso e zona super tranquilla. Automobile necessaria per spostarsi ma pasticceria davanti casa, assolutamente da provare,

Il letto era troppo morbido per i miei gusti, avrei preferito un materasso più rigido. Manca l'aria condizionata, anche se il proprietario ha messo a disposizione 4 ventilatori (alcuni già accesi al nostro arrivo) per alleviare il caldo. Il prezzo potrebbe essere un po' elevato per soggiorni più lunghi, ma è giustificato dalla qualità della struttura.

Alles ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Wohnung ist im EG und geräumig. Sehr gute Lage: Dorfzentrum 4 Min zu Fuß. Wirklich fantastische Patisserie/Bar mit sehr netten Menschen auf dem Grundstück. Sehr gutes Parken vor dem Haus.

Die digitale Anmeldung im Meldesystem war extrem umständlich und scheiterte letztlich. Nur Dank der Flexibilität der Betreuer und dem Versenden von Fotos von Personen und Personalausweisen wurde die Übernachtung doch noch möglich. Danke!

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour un séjour en famille

Appartement spacieux, confortable et bien meublé, situé dans une résidence calme et agréable. Parfait pour quelques nuits à proximité du lac de Côme. Le parking gratuit devant la résidence est très pratique, et une délicieuse patisserie ouverte 7 jours sur 7 est située juste l'entrée - ce qui est parfait pour les petits déjeuners.
