No way if you visit Florence by car

It's a simple appartment in walking distance (ca. 15 Minutes) from the center of Florence.

My worst experience ever on booking.com: - The appartment is in a ZTL zone, i.e. you cannot access it by car. Depending on the time of the day, you cannot even get close to it. The owners didn't tell me that I have to ask for permission to enter the ZTL zone, which is not possible after the fact. After trying for 30 minutes to get to the appartment, I finally entered the ZTL zone with out permission and now I'm waiting for my violation tickets - for every time we drove into Tuscany and back to the appartment. It would have been so easy for the owners to write this on the apartment's description or send an email with this information - The internet didn't work 3 out of 4 days. It stopped working twice. The owners tried to send a technician. The first time, internet came back after 12 hours without a tech. The second time, the tech couldn't find the issue and had to install a second internet device - after 36 hours without internet. - The sink in the bathroom was closed and unusable until they fixed it 48 hours after arrival.

Apartment was missing a couple of things: - Chopping board - Sink strainer - Dish soap But otherwise a great apartment with a perfect location, we enjoyed our stay!

Friend group stay for a few days

The location was perfect, the kitchen well equipped, having a terrace was nice. The double bed was pretty comfortable.

The appartment was not very clean: the shower curtain had a lot of mold on the bottom, the bathroom window too, the floors where dusty. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable. There weren't enough chairs inside so we had to use the ones from the terrace.

Hübsch aber nicht gastfreundlich.

Hübsche Wohnung, hübsche Möbel, hübsche Terrasse. Charmate Lage – wenn man sich nicht vor den Menschen in der Obdachlosenunterkunft in derselben Straße fürchtet, die tatsächlich mehr Respekt verdienen als die Immobilienbesitzer, die dieses Apartment zu Geld machen.

Lieblos geführtes Projekt eines Immobilienunternehmens namens "Whit River". Dass Stil und Gastlichkeit nur oberflächlich sind, merkten wir nicht nur am schlecht abgespülten Geschirr, dem Wasserkocher ohne passenden Stecker und – hoppla – dem übersehenen Sitzkissen eines Gastes mit Monatsblutung: Die wahre Natur der "Gastgeber" wurde vielmehr schon vor Betreten der Wohnung deutlich. Schlüsselübergabe: Die reinste Katastrophe. Wir mussten über 50 Minuten auf dem engen Gehsteig warten – mit 2 Kindern, bis in den Abend, bei massiver Gewittergefahr. Am Telefon wurden wir nur noch vertröstet, bis niemand mehr zu erreichen war. Als wir gerade gehen wollten – in der Überzeugung, Opfer eines Scams geworden zu sein – kam endlich eine völlig überforderte Ferienjobberin angehetzt, die man völlig allein damit beauftragt hatte, eine ganze Reihe solcher Besitztümer für die Übergaben abzuklappern. Und das, nachdem man uns zwei Tage lang unablässig angerufen hatte, um präzise Angaben zur Ankunftszeit gebeten hatte. "JUST IN TIME", Whit River Immobilien, "JUST IN TIME"?! Gastlichkeit funktioniert nach anderen Regeln als die Automobilindustrie. Aber Touristen- und Wohnraumverwertung ist natürlich etwas, worauf ihr euch versteht. Bezahlt dann wenigstens die Putzhilfen so fair, dass sie ihren Job auch ordentlich machen.

Vacanza da incubo

Appartamento lurido: macchie su cuscini e materasso, croste su pentole di cibo precedentemente cucinato, due dita di polvere su ogni superficie. Impianto riscaldamento non funzionante con finestre a vetro singolo: una nottata gelida. Servizio clienti inesistente. Abbiamo lasciato l'appartamento dopo la prima notte.. Mai avuto esperienza peggiore.

Bilder stämde inte överens med verklighet. Var mörkt och mycket gammaldags. Saknades stolar fanns två fotöljer o två klappstolar sammanlagt ute och inne. Kändes lite hemsökt lägenheten

Decepcionante con buena ubicación

Decepcionante. Buena ubicación en barrio tranquilo, pero las fotografías no nos parecen que reflejen la realidad. El apartamento es muy viejo. Paredes desconchadas y sobre todo viejos muebles rotos y desportillados. En general, apartamento sucio y sin cuidar. Falta de sillas. Checking: Con días de antelación habíamos avisado de que llegaríamos una hora más tarde de la hora de cierre del checking oficial. La víspera de nuestra llegada nos avisaron que por ello deberíamos abonar 50 € extra ( sin que nos realizaran factura ). Recepción de escasos cinco minutos.

Talvez poderia estar um pouco mais limpo, lavatório da casa de banho entupido ( tive q desentupir eu ) na cozinha atrás da porta estava uma cenoura podre. Só havia uma esfregona velha…

Lugar tranquilo y muy facil de ubicar, cerca de supermercado y algunos negocios comerciales. También se puede ir caminando sin inconvenientes al centro de Florencia, muy bueno...muy fácil.

Bona localització i net, pero falta d’alguns basics i comoditat.

Apartament ben situat i net.

Hem trobat a faltar diverses coses: només ens han deixat 1 rotllo de paper de vater per 5 nits i 6 dies per tres persones, clarament era insuficient, no hi havia fregall per rentar plats i només 1 bossa de brossa. Per últim, no gaires bons coixins i els matalassos no massa cómodes.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Florence dans ce bel appartement ! Très bien situé et très charmant, l’appartement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Nous avons été bien guidées pour récupérer les clés facilement, à des horaires flexibles . Je recommande !

Bene ma non benissimo.

Struttura centrale, bel terrazzo, spazi ampi e ben ammobiliata anche se molti mobili vecchiotti e schicchiolanti. La scala per entrare in casa non proprio confortevole e pericolosa.

La porta d’ingresso difettosa non sono riuscita a chiudere a chiave mai la porta e per aprirla ho impiegato anche 15 minuti con non poche difficoltà. Non una buona gestione non mi veniva risposto al numero indicato sul Booking e quando tramite agenzia ho indicato la problematica mi sono state date altre chiavi ma il problema è rimasto uguale e nessuno si è premurato di chiedere se avessi ancora problemi.
