Communication was very good. They helped me update the booking and add an extra guest, stayed in touch on the day of arrival, and explained everything clearly. The location is excellent. The apartment is quite pleasant for a short stay. We did not use the kitchen, but otherwise it had everything necessary. The bedroom is small and could use a bit more furniture, but it opens onto the terrace and courtyard, so it is quiet. The living room is spacious, with comfortable tables, chairs, and storage. The street is not too noisy, and the sofa is ok.

It would have been nicer if the apartment had been cleaner — for example, the bathroom walls could have been washed, and the toilet brush replaced. Some practical details were missing, such as hooks for towels in the bathroom and rooms, and a bit more furniture in the bedroom. Key collection would also be more convenient via a lockbox — I had to wait 20 minutes for the manager, though for me this was not a major problem.
