Perfect location. Balcony view amazing. Very comfortable and beach themed .. beautiful!

Absolutely nothing.

Property was very clean & spacious, gorgeous views. Walk to beach isn’t portrayed poorly through photos it seems further than it actually is it’s a very short walk and I wouldn’t consider where you cross to the beach a street at all more of an access street? Maybe a 2min walk MAX great distance and easy with kiddos.

Pools were NOT HEATED should not be advertised as heated. BOTH pools were ice cold. Although we understood our room may not be ready early, we were told prior to our trip we’d atleast be given access to resort amenities… which was not true at all. We were told we would not be able to acquire wrist bands prior to our room being able to pass inspection once we arrived. Had we been informed of this beforehand, we would have planned our 17hr drive more accordingly especially with 3 young children. We also were told once we arrived our room would likely be ready earlier than expected and to checkin at a given time. Which we did and were told it wasn’t ready and were asked to check back 3 other times 🙄. Not only that but we were asked prior to checkout to please try and checkout as soon as possible as no late checkouts are accommodated (we were asked to checkout as early as possible the next morning on the last night of our stay) which is crazy given checkout is 10am and checkin is 4pm…. Not sure how there’s a 6hr window and no late checkouts or early checkins are accommodated. As for the NON HEATED POOLS… we understand guests are there for the GORGEOUS WHITE SAND TURQUOISE WATERS (absolutely beautiful to be honest) but on days where the beach isn’t swimmable, it’s rough waters or a break is needed…. It would’ve been nice to have been able to enjoy the pools instead of just looking at them as they were colder than the actual gulf. Just a bit of advice if you’re advertising heated pools and accommodating families with younger children… you may want to actually heat the pools or remove that from the description. Room itself was beautiful, large and clean. Made it very easy to actually cook meals throughout our stay.
