For the location it was good , I was using the place while I was vacating my appartment. Well furnished place and good for a single traveler
The place does need to get renovated as it was showing signs of wear. Ventilation in the toilet was an issue as there was a stench when I entered maybe due to the electricity being off

The Apartment is cozy with nice decoration, and its super easy to contact the owner if you have any questions.
Its in front of a mall, wuth supermarket and coffeeshops and some shopping.
You even have a small supermarket and laundry un the building
.
The location could be far depending of your interests.

The location was great, people who manage this property are willing to help you
There's something wrong with the Ventilation system it keeps pushing bad odor from the bathroom, there insect problem also I always found flies and ants in the bathroom especially.
