Located at the Rivergreen Resort is the ideal accommodation for a fun getaway to the White Mountains! Just steps away from the restaurants, shops, and bars of Lincoln, NH, this place is sure to please! Skiers will love how close you are to the new chairlift on South Peak! Sitting right on the Pemi River this is the ideal space for a family getaway. The hotel-style complex includes an indoor pool and jacuzzi, recreational room, game room, outdoor patio space with grill, ski storage, and more!
The Space:
Located right at the base of South Peak, this luxury-style condo is the ideal space for a getaway. Enjoy the home's loft-style living space and take in the mountain views from the unit's private patio. This two-bedroom space sleeps 8 people comfortably with a queen bed in the master bedroom and two full sized beds in the guest room. There is also a pull out couch/futon on the lower floor which sleeps 2 comfortably. Rejuvenate after a day of hiking or skiing in the full bathrooms with large tubs and enjoy the mountain views from the homes private balcony. The home features a full kitchen, completely stocked with all kitchen appliances and necessities. Enjoy the sunrise over the mountains, while sipping on coffee from the complimentary coffee bar!
If you are visiting to ski, this "can't-beat" location provides shuttle service to and from Loon Mountain and South Peak bases, as well as ski storage for guests! Located a 5 minute walk to the new ski lift on South Peak, this is a skiers paradise. Relax after a day on the slopes in the resort's heated indoor pool, or soothe your sore muscles in the hot tub! Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the condo's comfortable beds, with fresh linens, sheets, and all other essentials provided.
Guest Access:
Guests can check in and access the condo through the hotel's front entrance. A keycard will be provided, which also gives you access to the hotel amenities. With the unit is located on the fourth floor, guests have access to the private patio overlooking the mountains and wine vineyard, private two bedrooms, and the private bathrooms.

Gym with exercise bikes, treadmill, elliptical, and free weights
Outdoor/Indoor gazebo dining space with grills and small kitchen
Great Room featuring foosball, pool table, ping pong, couches, card tables, TV, and fireplace
The Pemi River is also directly beside the resort with easy access to trails
PARKING:
There is ample parking available in the resort parking lot. Guests should provide vehicle information to the host, who will reserve parking spaces before arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Located right on the Pemi River, there are plenty of walking, hiking, and cross country trails to explore. Explore the 2 mile private walking trail with access to the Pemi River and get a glimpse of the beautiful homes on South Peak! Within steps, you can be at the restaurants, bars, and shops on Main Street in Lincoln. Skiers are able to access the brand new ski lift on South Peak by walking across the Cooper Memorial Bridge.
1.5 miles to Clarks Trading Post
10 minute drive to the Flume Gorge and Franconia Notch and Whales Tail Water Park
5 Minutes to Loon Gondola and Base Camps
Getting Around:
Guests have access to free parking in the large parking lot located at the resort. During the winter months, the resort provides guests with shuttle service, to and from the Loon Mountain and South Peak bases. This shuttle can be reserved at the Front Desk at the Resort.
The town of Lincoln also offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping, and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $6/person. Please note, this shuttle service is Cash Only. Information on how to reserve this shuttle is listed in the Welcome Book located at the home.

Great location to loom mountain, shops, and takeout. Pool for kids awesome and very close to ice castles (8 minutes away) which was a huge plus for little ones.

Great location to access Loon (there is a lift right around the corner) and also the Ice Castles. We also were able to walk to dinner. Kids loved the pool. The setup of the condo was great for 2 families.
