This beautiful house sits atop a mountain, perfect for a quiet vacation retreat. It's conveniently located just 5 minutes from a supermarket and 15 minutes from Sperlonga's finest beach, complete with a bar and restaurant. Nearby, you can also explore several historical castles. If you need to buy additional items, there are nearby towns for shopping. The house's decor matches the photos exactly. The floor is made of marble, and there's a fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's an outdoor grill perfect for family dining.
