Great place to stay with a bigger group or groups needing room. The location is in a great spot right next to the college and near everything. We came in an enjoyed the place and had room for our college kids come to dinner and hang during the evening.
The living space will surprise the heck out of you .

Guys weekend trip to get away - Great layout for 4 of us. Nice size bedrooms. Good kitchen, nice living room to relax in—lots of seating options areas. Nice screened in porch out back and easy to access. Easy area to park in. Great location to go to restaurants-- just a 2 block walk and there are lots of places to eat and drink at. There are stairs to access the house, so keep that in mind but was not a problem for any of our party
