About this house rental
Peace & tranquility abound surrounded by palm trees in the private backyard centered around a pool that features a rushing waterfall w/ grotto underneath. The pool has a shallow area for lounging or splashing & the rest is mostly 5 to 6 feet deep. The pool is heated (extra fee up to $60 per day may apply) Lounge by the pool, cook in the outdoor kitchen, or gather around the gas firepit. Tons of fun inside - foosball, pop-a-shot basketball, and retro cocktail style arcade w/ tons of 80’s games.
The space
The home is over 3300 sq feet with a 3 car garage. The entry way opens with a vaulted ceiling. On the main floor there is a game room with board games, books, puzzles, the 80's arcade table, and sofa that converts to full size bed. There is large dining room table that seats 8 and in the same room a sitting area perfect for cozying up with a good book or playing a game of chess. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with all kitchen basics (coffee bar!). The kitchen has a breakfast nook off of it and opens to the living room with then leads to the patio and pool. Upstairs you will find a rumpus room with pop-a-shot basketball and foosball with a second convertible sofa. Very large primary suite with home study/work alcove and large ensuite. There are 3 other bedrooms upstairs, 2 with queen beds, and one that has 2 twin beds.

The home is serviced often by landscapers, garbage service, pest control, and weekly pool cleaning and treatment to be sure your stay is exceptional.

Great backyard and pool.

This property was spotless and well maintained. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The property was exactly as stated. The kitchen was well appointed with all of the cookware I needed to host a 23 person dinner. There was also enough room for everyone to find a comfortable spot to hand out. The neighborhood had a nice community pool and tons of quiet walking paths and parks. When looking at the location on a map, I was concerned it was up against a big street. But, there is very little traffic all day and even less at night. No one in my group heard traffic, even when enjoying the pool. The pool had a super fun rock/water fall for the family to jump off. My kids loved the indoor basketball game, foosball, board games, and pac-man. The home was stocked with plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels for my family. I would not hesitate to stay at this exact location again.

Such a great place to stay! I had expectations since I’ve lived there before in the area, and it was exactly what was described, if not more. Owner was very accommodating to our needs since we drove from Texas. Communication on point, clean as could be, all the pots/pans/plates/cups/spices/ etc You could possibly need. The pool was a giant hit with the kids, the fountain was just really loud, so I felt like everyone was constantly trying to talk/yell over it.
