About this cottage rental

Newly renovated 4 bedroom house, upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms one with en-suite shower and a large family bathroom, downstairs is a study with a single bedroom with a separate loo, a large sitting room with a wood burner, (logs provided), a well equipped kitchen with seating for 7 guests, dishwasher, fridge & freezer leading to a south facing private patio. Underfloor heating downstairs and in bathrooms, 5 minutes from Babington House and the Talbot Inn in Mells. Frome only 6 miles away. Longleat, Bruton with Hauser & Wirth Gallery & the Newt Garden/restaurant & Bath all 20 mins drive. Close to Downside School, All Hallows & Wells and all the Bath schools. Please note we do have facilities for babies.

Beautiful cottage located in a really lovely, quaint Somerset village just down the road from the pub. The house was spotless, very comfy, and lots roomier than it looked in pictures. We were there in December and there were loads of nice Christmassy touches, and a really nice welcome pack!! We will hopefully be back

Amazing property, so homely and beautifully decorated. Treats on arrival were very much appreciated too. We had a fabulous stay, using the cottage as a base for exploring the area and it was such a treat to come back to a comfortable base.Even as a group of 7 (4 adults and 3 Teens) there was plenty of space for us all. The village was lovely, so peaceful and everyone was so friendly. Wish we were staying longer. Thank you for letting us stay.

A lovely comfortable cottage, in a pretty and quiet village. Cosy living space with everything we could need, it is a really good place to de-stress and relax, we loved it.
