This +775sf bungalow has a driveway & on-street pkg. It's located in a charming coastal town, walking distance to restaurants, grocery store & Robert Treat Farm and is 2 mi to I95, 10 mi to Yale/New Haven...and mins to breweries.

Our Beach Bungalow was totally remodeled and is basically new construction - new walls, new floor, new kitchen, new bath! This 2 bed / 1 bath home is situated on a lovely little street in Milford’s Woodmont area. Our inspiration for this Bungalow comes from the surf shacks in beach towns around the world.
This Bungalow features:
Open Floor plan for living room, dining area and work area (with desk and chair).
2 bedrooms with memory foam mattresses (1 queen bed and 1 full bed).
Full bathroom with standing shower, bench seat and fully tiled.
Modern kitchen, fully stocked and stainless steel appliances.
Dining table with seating for 6.
Living Area with Smart TV, Netflix and free Wifi.
Private back porch with seating and outdoor shower.
Fire pit (please note - we do not provide supplies).
Parking - there is a spot directly in front of our house and one spot in our driveway in the back of the property. Please do not park in front of any other neighbors' homes : )
This property is ideal for a small family or group (max capacity is 4 unless otherwise agreed upon).
Dogs allowed upon request!
YALE GUESTS - We are only 10 miles from Yale! We have hosted professors, students, prospective students and parents who all want to be close to New Have but experience the quieter side of Milford.

The Neighborhood:
This is a lovely little community in Milford - Woodmont! We are a little beach community - blocks from Anchor beach with friendly neighbors and walkable streets.
Getting Around:
We have street parking but please only use the space directly in front of our property or in our driveway. Please do not park in front of any other neighbors' homes.
Other Things to Note:
This is a lovely little beach community! You will always see friendly neighbors out and about. Anchor beach is just a few blocks away and you will love the walk along the water and the million dollar properties overlooking the Sound.
Landscapers - every other Saturday in Spring and Summer our landscapers come to cut the grass, typically mid morning. They are in and out in 10-15 mins : )

Remote lock for keyless check in. Code will be emailed to guest prior to check-in.

Listing photos were perfectly accurate. Quiet neighborhood, safe and enjoyable walking. Plenty of open space for our young child to play. Kitchen was fully stocked which was very helpful. Bathroom was also fully stocked with clean towels. Great layout for family to hang out. Really enjoyed the stay, will be booking again.

Our stay was excellent! Beautiful quiet neighborhood walk to the beach. Animal friendly with fenced in yard. Only thing I think that needs some attention is the kitchen floor is a little worn. Hopefully it will be available when I visit again.

The place was as described and clean. Just a short walk to the beach! Host gave clear instructions for getting in and was available in the messenger if we had questions.

Initial impression was great. But once in found it not as clean as we would like. The worse part was stepping barefoot onto a wet rug in the dining area and realizing it was urine/amonia. The couches smelled like a mix of cats and wet dog. If I had known this place welcomed pets, we would have not booked. Even places that welcome pets should clean rugs and furniture after they allow pets to stay. In spite of automated messages from the host that sound good and promise prompt response to requests, the actual communication with host is terrible. We sent a message about a problem at approx. 8:00 pm after check-in. The next morning I saw their response that was sent at about 2:00 am. In the morning before checkout we sent a message about the smells and urine. The first response (obviously automated) said they hoped we enjoyed our stay and literally asked for a high review. It wasn’t until hours later we received a real message actually responding to our concern over cleanliness.
