In the village of Arc 1600, in the heart of the Paradiski ski area, our chalet is a gentle refuge, open to an exceptional panorama. In this unique setting, enjoy the relaxation area: outdoor swimming pool heated all year round, sauna, Nordic bath.
With a contemporary spirit, in homage to the architecture of Les Arcs, the chalet diffuses a soft and soothing atmosphere. Its spaces leave plenty of room for the fabulous panorama of the Alps which invites itself inside thanks to the large openings.
The accommodation
Large bright chalet of 200 m2 with heated swimming pool, Nordic bath and sauna, unique in its style in Les Arcs.
Possibility of semi-detachment with the adjoining chalet for 24 people in total.
The chalet consists of 5 bedrooms including 3 suites and all 5 with shower room and toilet.
The large master bedroom, nestled on the top level of the chalet, adds a small living room, bathroom with shower and bath, toilet.
The 2 suites on level 1 and the rooms on level 0 have a desk.
In addition to the dormitory room, there is a beautiful mezzanine with TV corner, games and reading for children.
A very beautiful day space occupies the first level, bringing together a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. Aperitif area, wine cellar. Wood provided.
You will of course find a ski room, as well as a spacious entrance with boot warmers to go warm on the ski slopes!
And a large laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The chalet is ideal for stays with family or friends, who will enjoy its magnificent private relaxation area - outdoor swimming pool heated all year round, Finnish sauna, Nordic bath - with mountain views.
4 parking spaces are available in front of the chalet.
Located in the hamlet of Courbaton, about 800 metres from the centre of Arc 1600, the chalet has a start and return on skis (subject to snow conditions). The slopes of Paradiski are waiting for you. This fabulous ski area merges the slopes of La Plagne, Peisey-Vallandry and Les Arcs to offer 425km of uninterrupted skiing.
We offer a high-end and tailor-made concierge service:
Shuttle service, departure and return to the ski slopes located 800m away
(Mercedes V-class electric van the EQV)
Delivery of groceries on arrival, delivery of ski equipment, with the possibility to try at the chalet, ski passes on arrival.
A daily cleaning.
