The vacation rental is well-suited for 1–2 people. It consists of a combined living room/bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a TV; a bathroom with a shower and toilet; and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with 2 hotplates, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator.
Apartment 4, which features a TV and Wi-Fi, is located on the first floor and has a balcony with seating. A parking space on the property directly next to the house is included with the apartment.
The local tourist tax must be paid on site.
Pets are not allowed.
Villa Gundula is located in a quiet and prime residential area in the Baltic Sea resort town of Zinnowitz. Following extensive restoration and renovation work, the building has been revitalized and now, with its four individually and lovingly furnished vacation apartments, offers guests an ideal atmosphere for relaxation and well-being, as well as a perfect base for exploring the island of Usedom. The apartments are located on the first floor (Apartment 4), the mezzanine (Apartment 3), the 1st floor (Apartment 2), and the 2nd floor (Apartment 1). Each apartment comes with a parking space. There is a lockable room on the property where you can store your bicycles upon request.
Bed linens are included in the total price. Towels can be booked for an additional fee or brought from home.
A maximum of one small dog is allowed in vacation apartments 2 and 3. Guinea pigs and birds may also be brought along, provided they are kept in a cage. Cats are not permitted. There is a fee for bringing a pet.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
