About this apartment rental
Thoughtfully-designed for functionality and aesthetics, enjoy an escape for two with access to luxurious building amenities including an indoor pool and a state-of-the-art gym.
Important: Management has reported that the pool will be closed until further notice.
Elegant, stylish and modern; this luxurious one bedroom apartment perched high above the bustling streets of Melbourne’s city centre, is the ideal launchpad to discover the very best the city has to offer.
Bright, open-plan living means the lounge room, dining area and kitchen all sit against a backdrop of the city through the huge, floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the space.
A comfortable living area is furnished with a large couch and a wide-screen TV; and sits alongside a wooden dining table for two and a small but fully-equipped kitchen that features modern appliances like a large fridge, microwave, gas stovetop, oven, dishwasher and all the basic cooking utensils such as pots, pans, dishes and cutlery.
When you’re not out exploring the endless dining options on your doorstep, cook up a storm and dine indoors or outdoors on your expansive private balcony that is fit for entertaining, soaking up the rays on a warm summer’s day or simply enjoying an evening aperitif in the cool breeze.
A spacious bedroom offers loads of light through the wall-length windows and has a plush queen bed with hotel-quality linen, large built-in wardrobes and direct access to the huge outdoor deck. Near the kitchen, you’ll find a contemporary and pristine bathroom that features sleek black tiling, a luxurious rainfall shower head and a modern vanity.
Additional luxuries include a split-system heating and cooling unit, a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi. But the real luxury lies in the building’s lavish amenities. Make use of stunning communal lounge spaces, a state-of-the-art gym or a sleek indoor pool framed by huge glass-panelled walls. If you intend to use the pool you will need to bring your own pool towel.
We've had ongoing issues with residents living above our apartment throwing cigarette butts/rubbish onto our balcony. It's been reported to building management on numerous occasions, however they've had no success in stamping out this behaviour so please keep this in mind and don't make a booking if it's going to be an issue for you.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself and access to the communal swimming pool and gym. Please make yourself at home!
Find yourself a short walk to Bourke Street Mall, the Yarra River, The Capitol Theatre, Hosier Lane, Flinders Street Station, Melbourne Central, RMIT and the Emporium.
Head around the corner and explore Chinatown—a beautiful cultural hub located at the eastern end of Little Collins Street and filled with authentic eateries—before savouring traditional dumplings at Empress of China, a local favourite.
Love a rooftop bar? Head to Cookie or join the trendy thirty-somethings on the Yarra River at the yearly six-month summer pop-up bar, Arbory Afloat. If sophistication is what you’re after, join the local whiskey lovers at Boilermaker House—a popular cocktail and whiskey bar that oozes old-world glamour with its sky-high bookshelves, velvet curtains and impressive mixology selection.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
