About this house rental
Restoration & major renovations were just completed on this quaint classic, built in 1898. Walking distance to downtown and just 2 blocks from Washington Park (bike trails, fishing, playground & kayaking). Plenty of free parking across the street along with full use of garage. The back yard was just fenced in for your furry friends. Along with free wifi, the house is hardwired for internet (3 rooms have wall jacks). The smart thermostat is a breeze to set manually OR use your phone.
The interior was designed around creature comforts. The living room offers powered leather recliners for 3 and a 55" TV. The dining room seats 6. The kitchen is huge! The main level bedroom has a memory foam queen, office space, remote fan, TV and opens to a full bath with soaker tub. The vaulted master suite has king bed, 43" TV, work space, stackable w/d, dual vanity & rain shower. But the coolest space is the loft at the top of the stairs. It's complete with 2 twin beds, bean bag chairs & TV. Kids dig it! There's also a sunroom off the dining room.
