We're situated in Parkville near The Royal Melbourne Hospital - Royal Park.
Explore the charming tree-lined streets, lush parks, and iconic landmarks, including the prestigious University of Melbourne and the vibrant Melbourne Zoo, which are just a short drive away.
Just steps away from us, discover the perfect mix of city comfort and nature's beauty at Royal Park. Enjoy a peaceful walk, a family picnic, or as a quiet place for reflection in this lush green haven.

Getting Around:
Myki is the card you will need for all public transport. When using a Myki card, please remember to always have sufficient value for your journey as hefty on the spot fines apply if you travel without correct fare or do not "tap on." Trips are about $3.80 for a 2-hour journey, but it all depends on what zones you travel in, if you are a concession card holder and if you buy a day pass.
Myki cards can be topped up at any 7-11 Stores (7-Eleven, 163-173 Boundary Rd, North Melbourne VIC 3051) or at many other shops that display the MYKI logo. MYKI machines are located at major tram stops, train stations and at convenience stores and newsagents. Please be aware that cards can't be topped up on trams or trains any longer.
If you're not a fan of walking, there is a bus stop on Cade Way just a minute away and the nearest tram stop is located at Boundary Rd/Flemington Rd.
If you drive, we have secured 2 FREE parking for you (tandem).
If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.
Other Things to Note:
Key collection instructions will be sent after booking. Kindly share your estimated arrival time to help us prepare for your check-in.
This pad accommodates 6 adults generously but a max of 7 overnight. Any more than 6 adult guests overnight will attract an extra $29 per night, per additional guest.
The sleeping arrangement for the 7th adult would be on the L shaped sofa chaise set.

The apartment was a good family one. The cupboards were stocked beyond our expectations. The location and quietness was lovely. However no top sheets on any of the beds, the level of cleaning needs to be addressed.

The property was in a great area and was in a nice quiet area of Melbourne. A quick drive to the city, and was very family friendly.
