Welcome to the Carolinenbrise vacation home—your modern retreat for up to 4 people in picturesque Carolinensiel. Located at the quiet end of a cul-de-sac, you’ll find no through traffic here, just an unobstructed, sweeping view of the East Frisian fields.
Spanning a spacious 80 m², we completely renovated the property for you in 2023 and furnished it with great attention to detail, so your vacation begins the very first minute you arrive.
Highlights at the Carolinenbrise:
• Terrace Love: Your own beach chair right on your terrace invites you to relax, sheltered from the wind, and the brick barbecue area is ready for cozy barbecue evenings.
• Relaxed comfort: A modern shower room plus an additional, separate guest restroom ensure stress-free morning routines.
• Fully equipped kitchen: Whether you’re just heating up a quick meal or preparing a full multi-course dinner, high-quality brand-name appliances (including an induction stove) leave nothing to be desired.
• Sustainable vacationing: The house is not only state-of-the-art in terms of energy efficiency (LED lighting, highest efficiency ratings), but is also powered 100% by green electricity.

Carolinenbrise Vacation Home:
Carolinenbrise is located right next to the Carolinenwind vacation home. Both houses are ideal for groups of families: A single main entrance door leads into both Carolinenbrise and Carolinenwind.
To help you plan your stay with ease: For our
vacation homes Carolinenwind and Carolinenbrise, we also charge a
security deposit of 100 euros. Utility costs are already included in the rental price
, so there are no additional utility charges. The only additional cost
is the guest fee charged by the city of Wittmund, as is customary in
Carolinensiel.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 10:00 AM.
