Summary:
Come stay at our family's OCEAN VIEW condo with 3BR and 2BA on the 3rd floor. Just a few steps away from the ocean and the beach make this spacious condo a great place to spend your family vacation. Full kitchen and dining area in case you decide to cook & dine in. TWO KING SIZE BEDS!! Plenty of comfy seating inside and outside! Walking distance to Victoria's Crab House, Billy's Subs, Taphouse Tavern and the new Vista's Rooftop on top of the Fenwick Inn. Mini Golf & shopping is close by too!
Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. The Neighborhood:
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old. NO events This rental is located on floor 3. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Family Stay good time, caution-it's on third floor. If you take that into account, it's great, clean, rooms very nice, great location, walk to beach. We had 3 grandparents so it's something we would consider. For the kids, it's not a issue.

We have 4 young children 5yo and younger so location, amenities, privacy and price were all major factors for us. This location has it all, so close to the beach, no traffic or crossing Coastal Hwy with poor dad lugging all the chairs and umbrellas long distances or trying to find street parking.
Private parking space in front of the unit and more parking in the rear, lots of bedrooms, lots of space in the living area and a nice porch with furniture to relax.
Only a few things missing or of note. You are on the 3rd floor with no elevator but it’s not too bad other thank check-in and check-out. We left the wonder wheeler and beach stuff in the car. The comforters are not great so if you want warmer ones bring your own, especially if your kids are sensitive. Same for dishes and cups, there’s only glassware so bring cups and plates if you are worried about that. The knives are not sharp so if you need to do any actual cutting consider bringing one. There’s also no rinse station for sand available to the public from what we saw. Also there’s no pool for bad weather days.
What stands out in this unit is its super clean, has wall AC units in every room that work well, and there’s nice recent Samsung washer and dryer in the unit which is huge life saver that will help you pack less. The location for families is so good, north OC near Fenwick and Lighthouse so lots of great food options without having to deal with the bustle of inlet. Also easy to get to Rehoboth.
