About this house rental
Views of the water park and Dunes in rear. Here you will find three bedrooms, with three modern bathrooms. Handicap accessible ramp, wide entrances in the back and the bathroom. Plenty of room for everyone. Home has two patio decks, cozy fire place on top deck with lounge chairs and tables with six chairs plus a huge hot tub on first floor deck. Bbq grill and fire pit on lawn conveniently located next to the deck on first floor. Inside you will enjoy a clean modern kitchen fully stocked. Five smart TV’s will be available to enjoy in every part of the house. Poker table/ bumper pool and even a retro arcade table will surely be entertaining for guests. High speed, Internet, for those that need to work or stream entertainment. Towels, shampoo, soap & fresh linens are provided. All new mattresses that are super comfortable. Private drive way, with additional off street parking. Centrally located, with access to major highways, NYC ferry and train station. Ring security cameras are placed in front and back of the house by both entry points for your safety. Please no unauthorized guests. 100$ per day per guest /visitors will apply for every unauthorized guest or visitor.

The property was well kept and amazingly clean when we got there. Joe made entering the property seamless and easy. The bathrooms were absolutely gorgeous. Master bedroom rain shower stall A and double sink a plus. There was a bottle of wine and a bottle of Pepsi waiting for us. The neighbor hood itself needs some love, but the people were nice. The keansburg beach has some negative reviews, however if you go to the far left after entering the beach or to the very far right, the quality of beach and cleaniess is great. The property is ideally located for easy food buying to make good dinners at the property. The kitchen is well stocked to be able to accomplish this. Many attractions around the property some a little further than others. The hot tub was a plus and the suggestions and communication from Joe was on point. I'll say this it was worth the money and the time spent in keansburg. If we were to do this again I'd definitely stay here again. Also suggestion in you go to Sandy Hook beach especially on weekends go very very early it gets slammed.

We had a great visit and the house was perfect for our needs. Well-appointed and nicely renovated. Bathrooms were glorious. Hot tub was heaven. It was nice to be able to watch world cup soccer from thr hot tub on the porch while it rained in the back yard. My only suggestion would be a swt if sheets for the back futon and extra blankets for those of us who got chilly.

Joe was great and the house was the cleanest we’ve ever been to, and we’ve been to a lot!!The house was perfect! The tile work is amazing!!! 3 bathrooms was perfect with our two teens. AC units worked great in every bedroom (90 degrees some days), a one block walk to the uncrowded beach with a nice view of the city skyline in the distance, and a short drive to several ferries (best way to get in and out of NYC, thanks for the tip Joe)! The hot tub was huge and had privacy from the neighbors. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Thanks for sharing such a great home Joe!!

The host, Joe, was always available and responsive. We loved soaking in the hot tub every night. The kids loved the hammock and bumper pool. We enjoyed dinner on the open air upper deck with a beautiful sunset. Good a/c in every room. Very clean. We will stay here again.
