It was truly the most easy going vacation rental I have ever booked. The owner was friendly and funny when appropriate. For those that actually use a kitchen, the kitchen was stocked with even extras for the curious. The property is in a beautiful neighborhood, the floor to ceiling full length of the livingroom and kitchen make the home view spectuctular - all God and Nature!!! It was just one of those truly lovely place that had a peacefulness to it that made it enchanting. Simply everyhing one would want in a country getaway, with friendly and pleasant hosts just a phone call away if you need anything... which we didn't - it was smartly and caringly stocked!!Thank you, Billy!

Overall stay was good and the host was fairly responsive to my concerns and questions. However the "sofa bed" is not a true bed as there is no mattress whatsoever and the back rest simply lays flat. We had 1 pillow for the master bed and no where to hang out clothes( no hangers or closet). Wish we could have enjoyed the outside of the house more but there was only 1 chair available for a house that will accommodate 5. Could use a few more kitchen utensils and pots and pans for the people who are staying a few days or more. A shower curtain of some sort would be a great addition as it was rather chilly anytime you stepped out from under the water.

Overall we had a wonderful 2 night stay. There were a few minor things that dampened our stay, but these things might not matter to someone else. The wall of windows does not face a sweeping view. It looks at the front yard. House is situated off the road, so you’re mostly not on immediate display. The sun rises in that bank of windows. The living/kitchen gets 10-15 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. We had only temp (max 2 hours) control over the thermostat. It was otherwise set at 75-77. Good kitchen supplies with the exception of only 3 drinking glasses. No closet or hangars. No extra linen or pillows. The most disappointing for us was the 1 and only dilapidated chair outside. We reserved this place because of the setting and the fire pit. The instructions prior to arrival clearly say not to take indoor furniture outside. My boyfriend had to squat on the ground. We didn’t stay out there long even though the weather was gorgeous. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and was easy to get to everything we wanted to do
