Just a stone’s throw from the harbour foreshore and surrounded by pretty parks, this townhouse is conveniently positioned between the eastern suburbs and the CBD. It is brimming with natural light and offers spacious interiors for families or groups.
Step inside to the living room with plush sofa seating and an armchair in front of a central TV encouraging guests to get cosy in the evenings. There is a dedicated workspace for those needing to catch up on business, with a proper desk, printer and chair. Through to the kitchen and dining area, it comes fully equipped for meals at home with a large dining table. The living room is equipped with air-conditioning that cools off the entire floor including the kitchen area, or open the sliding doors to the patio and let the breeze sweep through creating a beautiful transition with the outdoors.
Ascend upstairs to find three comfortable bedrooms, each immaculately presented for your stay. The primary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, air-conditioning, and access to a quaint private balcony with alfresco seating. It also benefits from an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third has two single beds, perfect for those travelling with kids. These are fitted with ceiling fans to keep you cool and share the neat main bathroom replete with a bathtub. Internal laundry facilities and a third toilet add to your everyday convenience.
Undercover secure parking is provided for one car.

Tucked between Double Bay and Rushcutters Bay, the suburb of Edgecliff couples close proximity to the CBD with spectacular harbour views. It’s walking distance to Paddington and Kings Cross and has a train station with quick transport in and around town. Relax in beautiful Rushcutters Park, Double Bay Beach or follow the scenic walk to Rose Bay following the foreshore through some of Sydney’s most exclusive neighbourhoods.
There are weekend food markets at Kings Cross and Double Bay each Thursday. Brunch in Double Bay at local favourite Indigo and dine on Macleay Street at notable restaurants such as Cho Cho San or The Apollo. Meander the tree-lined streets to Fiveways Paddington with its trendy cafes and fashion boutiques.
