This bright and beautiful newly built luxury apartment is centrally located, 10min walk from BSI Airport Bus terminal in downtown Reykjavik and 15 min walk from Reykjavik centre, Reykjavik Art Museum, National Gallery of Iceland and countless bars and restaurants. The idyllic Tjörnin lake, Reykjavik harbour, and the scenic foot and bicycle path that runs around the Reykjavik seaside are close by.

It has an open plan kitchen and living room with floor to ceiling windows, 2 double bedrooms with black out blinds, new and modern appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer and two balconies: one south facing with view of Öskjuhlíð forest and the other facing the communal garden. The flat has one bathroom with a walk-in shower and two bedrooms. Perfect for two couples or a family with 1 or 2 children (4 people in total). There was a brief issue at check in but Inge worked to resolve it immediately and stayed in close communication throughout. The apartment is comfortable and well-furnished. It is the only place I’ve ever stayed that provided a knife sharpener! (Anyone who cooks frequently understands how frustrating dull knives can be, and rental units are notorious for that.) We never had a problem finding parking each day.
