This magnificent Duplex T5 apartment is one of the three apartments comprising the Villa Les Bougainvilliers. It is located on the heights of Anse Mitan in Trois Ilets, in a residential and quiet neighborhood, enjoying a splendid view of the Caribbean Sea and the Bay of Fort de France. It consists of three independent apartments: a T3, a T4, and a T5 Duplex, each benefiting from a private pool.
This superb Duplex T5 apartment of 200 m2, fully renovated, will welcome you with family or friends for an unforgettable stay. It features a private 8 m x 4 m infinity pool from which you will never tire of admiring the magnificent view of the sea and the bay of Fort de France. It is spread over two levels, offering you very beautiful volumes with refined decoration.
At the first level, the immense living space composed of a living room and a dining area opens onto the superb landscaped terrace and the sublime infinity pool offering you a splendid view. The kitchen is also open to the terrace with its bar, where you can enjoy a coffee or a ti'punch with the Caribbean Sea and the Bay of Fort-de-France always as a backdrop.
The kitchen is very well equipped: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
On this same level you will have a master suite with an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 bed and wardrobe and an adjoining bathroom with an Italian shower, toilet, and a guest toilet.
The room also overlooks the terrace, allowing you to enjoy a magnificent view from the moment you wake up.
On the second floor, you will find three air-conditioned bedrooms with two bathrooms, including a master suite and a television area.
The two rooms have a 160 bed and storage spaces. They will share a bathroom with a double sink and shower. The toilets are separate.

The apartment can accommodate 8 travelers + 1 or 2 babies.

The maritime shuttle will allow you to go to Fort de France either from the Marina or from the Anse Mitan pontoon. You will also be 1 km from the Golf of Trois Ilets.

We were welcomed by Marie, a wonderful host. Great spot, close to many beaches (anse mitan, anse à l'ane, anse dufour, anse noire). The place is up in the mountain and you have a nice view up to Fort de France. The pool is also stunning.
