The holiday home Anexo de Invitados is located in La Rinconada. The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open from June 1 to September 30), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The property is located near the train station, from where you can easily reach the centre of Seville.
3 parking spaces are available on the property.
Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
Please avoid unnecessary noise between 12 am and 8 am.

The house is beautiful and the host available, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We had a wonderful experience and when in Sevilla would come back to the same place.

Pros: The pool was lovely but not finished very well around edges. Comfy double bed.
Cons: There were no cups/mugs at all. Juan did go out and buy some for us ,but it seemed strange that no-one before us hadn't asked for these. Also there was no kettle,we had to boil water for tea &coffee in a saucepan. Juan the owner told us that kettles aren't used in Spain ! The lounge could do with a new settee.
