Summary:
This 5 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home is a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle! It has plenty of space for family gatherings. All bedrooms are built to provide a comfortable night's sleep. Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped to cook and prepare your favorite dish. Check out our lovely backyard with outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy. We are just 15 minutes from downtown. Family and friends welcome. We are pet friendly with a fee.

The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital key. From the entryway the living room is straight ahead, the fully-equipped eat-in kitchen and one bedroom are to the left, and the additional four bedrooms are down the hall to the right.
The living room has a comfy sofa bed and Smart TV, the bedrooms all have comfortable beds, and the kitchen has every thing you need to prepare meals!
Pack-N-Play available upon request. Vacuum available upon request.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
This house is conveniently located in a residential area with easy access to major highways and interstates. Only 15 minutes from downtown.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

Amazing host, they accommodated everything. The house was fantastic for our crew. Clean and nice. No issues. When we had to extend they helped us out immediately. 10/10 will be renting from them again for our next project.

This house was a nice size for my family to have personal space but enjoy family time as well. The dining room table was large enough to sit 6 adults and still have room to move! The kitchen was a little small, especially with a 1 year old under foot, but it worked well for multiple meals. Has a nice gas stove, working dishwasher, microwave and fridge. The back patio was a nice shady spot with 4 chairs and a table plus an older grill. It was a lovely spot to sit in the morning and drink our coffee or converse about the plans for the day. This house has 4 bedrooms on one side and a larger bedroom with the laundry facitlities on the other side. Beds were comfortable to some of the family and so-so to others. Can't please everyone I guess. There were 2 bathrooms which were clean. The water was hot in both showers and the towels and other linens were provided. There were only 2 TV's in house which didn't bother me because the plan was to enjoy family time not veg on the TV. The hosts were amazing from the word go! I booked this house a few months prior to buying flights just hoping prices would down. When they did come down, our flights didn't match the check in and check out times. One message to the host and we were able to get an early check in so we could get some rest after our flights. We were also able to get a late check out to avoid driving around for hours waiting to go to the airport. I would recommend highly!

Great experience! The host was very fast and responsive! House was clean and had everything we needed! We had a very long stay and enjoyed!
