Spacious 4-bedroom suburban retreat in San Diego! Backyard, BBQ, Pool & Jacuzzi

Incredible backyard resort! We were 7adults and 3 children (under 10). The pool, hot tub, fountain and plenty of room. We also had 5 local family members over for supper. Plenty of seating outdoors and a nice grill. House is on a quiet cul-de-sac very family friendly. Location is great. We did mornings downtown, the zoo, beaches and in the afternoons came back to the house. The little ones napped while the rest of us sat outside enjoying the backyard. Tierrasanta is a great convenient location. Just a great place to stay if you want to have some quality family time and enjoy San Diego.

This property was beautiful and peaceful. We had a retreat and the space fit all of us7. We had the opportunity to try the pool and jacuzzi. We had a great time. This space allowed us to have memorable moments. So grateful.

We had a great time. I wish we had been able to spend more time in the back yard. Claudia was very responsive to our questions and needs. I loved having my morning coffee by the waterfall.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the house itself was comfortable and mostly as described. The owner was very responsive and communicative. However, a few things detracted from the experience. The light switches were confusing to use, you couldn’t watch regular tv channels on the tv and the TV in the first bedroom would not turn on. We also found out at the last minute that the washing machine was out of order, which was frustrating since we had planned to use it.At checkout, we were asked to do quite a bit—stripping all the beds, gathering all the towels, emptying the trash, etc.—which seemed excessive considering there’s a cleaning fee. After our stay, the owner contacted me multiple times about issues she found, including dog holes in the yard (I went ahead and paid her for them) and scratches on the stair rail that we were unaware of.While the stay itself was mostly fine, and we left the house clean, just be aware that the property owner is very particular and will inspect everything very closely after your departure.
