This house 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom. Holds up to 10 guests 1 King Sized Beds, 2 Queen & 2 Full beds, 1 twin bed & queen-size air mattress. Includes 2 car garage with a and a nice peaceful backyard to relax!. with beautiful, BBQ. Great place to spend time with family and friends You will find that our home has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Great for business professionals, families, or groups of travelers. Includes games for kids and adults, a well-stocked kitchen, and bathrooms stocked with amenities! Only a few minutes to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and more.

Guests have full access to the house You will be able to access the house anytime after
4:00pm. We have a a self check in process and keyless entry for both the house and the garage. Detailed check in instructions which include the access codes will be sent the morning to check in. Please treat our home like yours!.

* Please do not book the home if you are local in Fresno/Clovis area without private messaging me first and receiving approval.
-Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- No parties allowed. Unauthorized a party/event - $250 fine
-Excessive Guests - $50 fine per person.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
-We have 2 security cameras, one on the front door and the other outside in the garage, it's only for security purposes.
-Please note that the fireplace in our listing is for decorative purposes only and cannot be used during your stay for safety reasons.
-Policy on Pets- Pets are allowed with a $50 pet fee.

The home was in a convenient location and was quiet, and the space met our needs. Highly remodeled for an up to date look but not with high quality materials. Nevertheless, we were comfortable and would stay again.
