Welcome to the "Thunderbird" in beautiful Fountain Hills, AZ. This vibrant, colorful home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a sparkling pool that can be heated at an additional cost. The well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances along with everything you need to create delicious meals. Home was impeccably decorated and well equipped and sits on a quiet street. Kitchen has all new, high-end appliances including a rare gas cooktop and stocked with plenty of serving, glass, and cookware, even a decent set of cutlery. Solid interior doors help to maintain privacy and quiet. Dual zones for heating/cooling. Beds were comfortable and baths well supplied with towels and soaps. Large back yard with both covered and uncovered seating areas.Only negative was that garage access was not allowed. Only off street parking is in a short, steep driveway which gets full day sun and can pose a problem for cars with low ground clearance (no Lambos).
