About this house rental
This charming holiday home is located on a quiet street by the beautiful Kvie Sø, set on a double plot offering plenty of space for outdoor play and relaxation on the large lawn. The home’s layout makes excellent use of the living space, ensuring comfort and convenience for families or small groups. Inside, the house features a bright open-plan kitchen and living area, perfect for preparing meals and gathering together. There are two bathrooms and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed that accommodates three people, making it ideal for children or additional guests. Outside, a large, sheltered terrace provides a private space to enjoy the sun, have meals cooked on the barbecue, or simply unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings. A spacious driveway with a carport ensures easy parking for multiple vehicles. Guests also enjoy free access to the local water park, as well as one hour of bowling per person per day at the nearby Sportium in Varde. Around the lake, there are scenic walking paths of 2.5 km and 3.5 km, perfect for family strolls or morning runs. The pancake house right by the lake is a local favorite and well worth a visit during your stay. With its combination of indoor comfort, generous outdoor space, and excellent location near recreational activities, this holiday home is perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing and active getaway. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
