About this house rental
The whole family can relax at this peaceful getaway. Watch the sunrise as you sip your morning coffee on the deck, stroll the 7.5 acres of bush leading to ATV / snowmobile trails, paddle the kayaks/paddle boards to explore the serenity of the lake, or enjoy a cocktail at the dockside bar then relax in the hot tub before going inside to the theatre room to watch a movie on the big screen tv! There's enough room for you, and all your mates to sleep, play, and eat in this spacious home.
Be sure to enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces - you'll have access to multiple decks, the dock, and the 3 seasoned screened porch, perfect for bug free dining or cocktails, while taking in the fresh air!
Including: 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, hot tub, 85" TV, plenty of board games and outdoor games (see amenities for more details).
BONUS: You're only a short drive away from the town of Bancroft for access to restaurants, local shops, gas, groceries, and LCBO. Private trail leads directly to ATV trails. In winter, frozen lake leads directly to OFSC trails.
Per night price is for up to 13 guests. There will be an additional $50 charge per guest per night. Please select the correct number of guests and their ages so we know how many beds are needed to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Guests have access to the whole home including
7.5 Acres of bush and landscaped yard
Dock with lounge area, Dockside bar, swimming platform, jumping platform, fire pit, waterfall pond, multiple deck areas, screened porch. Kayaks, paddle boards, firewood, propane are all supplied.
There are 2 living rooms, 1 theatre room, wifi, streaming services, smart tv, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, 6 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms, laundry room, wet bar area, hot tub.
Guests do not have access to one supply closet upstairs, a utility room off bedroom 6 and the barn at the top of the hill. These areas are for homeowner storage and cleaning supplies.
Plenty of parking, lots of outdoor space for the kids to run and explore, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, screened in porch for bug-free dining and sitting. The lake provides swimming, fishing and kayaking in summer and ice skating in winter. Private trails leading to the OFSC and Hastings Heritage ATV Trail.
Minutes to Bancroft with restaurants, grocery stores, local shops, gas and LCBO.
Studio tours, farmers market, Kawartha Dairy, music festivals and historical sites will satisfy the curious.

This house checked all boxes for us, the house layout was perfect, theatre room was used on a rainy Saturday. The dock made for a great afternoon of sunning with the loons swimming by. This is our number one pick for this group who have been getting together for over 20 years. The host was very quick to respond, extremely organized and thought of everything to make the stay perfect. We will return.
