3 Bedrooms | 3 Bathrooms – Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and the third bathroom is conveniently located outside the bedrooms.
Spacious & Comfortable – Sleeps up to 10 guests. The base rate includes up to 8 guests; an additional nightly fee applies to the 9th and 10th guest.

Highly recommend. Excellent property, spacious three large rooms, and well equipped for your stay. Also nice pools, spa/jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, billiards and ping pong community tables for us. Secure garage parking. Great time, very responsive host; thanks Karol! Also, location is great right in front of beach, with tons of activities there. Was able to rent umbrella, chairs, jet skis, boat ride, setup fishing outing, buy cooler of beers, and excellent seafood right out front.

This is been one of the best places we've ever stayed at. The apartment was spotless, big, had everything we needed, beautiful view, great amenities and friendly management. The area is great for families, Chipipe has a more calm vibe.
Having a folder with info and instructions was very helpful.
I really can't think of anything bad about this place, if you can afford it, you won't be disappointed! Worth every penny.
