I liked how I had a dedicated parking spot and easy access into the basement apartment. The chickens were cute as were the raised vegetable beds and flowers. Decor was spot on inside and out.The apartment was clean and very well appointed with everything I needed to use.Eventually, I met both hosts, and they were quite personable and friendly. I did mention that the apartment was warm and stuffy upon my arrival. Even when I used the swamp cooler fan, opened the egress window, and used all of the fans, the basement was uncomfortably warm for me. Perhaps, a cross-breeze in the basement would have helped, but I didn't find any other opening to the outdoors. I knew August in Colorado might be hot. AC was not listed on the amenities list. I should have read more carefully.

I enjoyed the location, the host made sure we had everything that we needed. The place was very clean and tidy! Perfect for the short trip we were taking.

The stay was great. It is small, cozy and everything we needed. It was clean and as described on the website. Great option in Fort Morgan!
