Hallowell Hilltop Home with Hot Tub

Host communicates very well. House was comfortable for two travelers with one bathroom. Bed was nice and it was a good sleeping environment. We felt safe in this quiet neighborhood too. The TV/Living room was above and beyond with the comfortable seating and surround sound audio. Excellent kitchen too! The vari-desk offered a flexible/comfortable work area for the laptop. We didn’t take advantage of the sauna or hot tub but I’m sure they are nice too. Good HVAC as well. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend you do too…

Loved our stay! Fantastic home. Clean, well-stocked, huge living room, great air-conditioning, and very comfortable. Jeff was very communicative, quick to respond, and helpful. Highly recommend.

Property is as pictured. Very clean, well stocked. The hot tub was an added bonus. Jeff communicated very well during my stay. I read some reviews, and I wanted to note that there IS a nicely paved walkway from the driveway to the back entry. Jeff did stop by almost, if not, every day. He always let me know, and when I asked for privacy one day, he was respectful of my request and quickly left. Would absolutely stay here again!

When we got to the property it was very easy to get in and very clean but there was an overwhelming cologne smell so we lit some incense and opened a window to try to clear it out. Probably should have checked to make sure that was okay but a 100 fee for “cleaning incense smell” seems exorbitant. The owner also messaged a couple times about needing to come to the property for various reasons unrelated to the rental, arrived the morning of check out over 30 minutes early, and sat in the garage which is fine but not the privacy I was hoping for.
