Adorable studio condo 1 mile from Coligny Beach on Hilton Head Island. Perfect for a couples getaway. Condo has a Queen bed and a twin mattress available for use. Free WiFi with many streaming options available. Free beach shuttle offered with lots of dining and shopping within walking distance. Newly renovated, pet and smoke free. Located in a diverse working class community with working class residents. Beautiful pool on site for use April - Sept.

This was the perfect place for my spouse and me to stay while visiting with family and friends in the HHI/Bluffton area! Exceptionally clean, great water pressure, and terrific location! We would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Not very clean. When we first arrived, the actual apartments were not nice and there was a lot of screaming going on. There was hair and sand still in the tub when we arrived. One of the cup lids were covered in an oil film. The owners seem nice from the one message we received from them. We left a day early. It is a good price if you want a cheap vacation but I would rather pay for a hotel. The pool and tennis court were very run down and not very usable.
