The vacation rental is accessible at ground level and features contemporary, modern furnishings. The living area is furnished with a corner sofa that doubles as a bed for one person. A large smart TV provides entertainment. There is also an open-concept kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and other amenities. The living area opens directly onto a large furnished patio, perfect for dining, playing, and relaxing together. The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed and a large wardrobe.
In the bathroom, guests will find a walk-in shower, a sink with a mirror, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, and a toilet.
Towels and bed linens are included in the price. A travel crib and a high chair can be provided upon request.

The newly built “Wassermann” vacation home, designed in a bungalow style, features two vacation apartments (“Kiebitz” and “Biber,” each 70 m²) and comfortably accommodates up to three people in each. Both units are furnished identically, making them ideal accommodations for small families or couples traveling with friends. The vacation apartments feature a large terrace equipped with tables, chairs, and lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing.
An electric car charging station (for a fee) and a parking space are available on the property.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
