This cozy, non-smoking apartment has been furnished in a modern style and, with 75 m² of space, offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation:

The open-concept kitchen with a counter features a full range of high-end appliances, allowing you to comfortably prepare delicious meals; a Nespresso capsule machine with a milk frother is also provided.
Entertainment is also provided by a satellite LED TV and a stereo system with a CD player, radio, and iPhone USB port—free Wi-Fi and a selection of CDs, DVDs, games, and books are also available. The bathroom features a toilet, a bathtub with a rain showerhead, and a hair dryer.
The cozier bedroom offers a wonderful view of the garden located behind the house. If needed, the sleeper sofa in the second bedroom can be used by a child traveling with you.
Two dogs are also welcome to join you.
