Sitio Gramado, in the highlands of Sarapuí, offers a beautiful view of the sunset and the horizon, with excellent infrastructure for relaxation, entertainment, and leisure. Located 157 km from São Paulo, it boasts 91,000 m² of land, including 25,000 m² of green space and a pond.

- 1 suite, 3 bedrooms, 3 internal bathrooms, living room, fireplace, dining room, large internal kitchen, gourmet area with barbecue and wood-burning stove;
-Spacious kitchen, with a 1.10m wide door leading to the balcony/barbecue area;
-Dining room with a 1.10m wide door leading to the balcony and pool.
-Spacious living/TV room with two distinct areas, three 1.10m wide doors opening onto the balcony, pool, and garden.

He is also available to show you the property, which includes a pond, small livestock kept in a reserved area of the property: sheep, geese, chickens, a cow, a turtle, a vegetable garden, and a horse-drawn cart.
A rural town of farmers, the Várzea neighborhood is a great place to enjoy bike rides, long walks, seeing the animals grazing in the farmers' pastures, and watching rodeos.
At 150 years old, Sarapui is the perfect place to find peace and quiet, breathe fresh air, and enjoy the silence.
