Perched on Peak 7, this recently built condominium complex was privately built for exclusive ownership. Now, you can only rent through owners; there are no hotel units at this location. Enjoy your own private retreat that looks down on the town and across to the slopes of the Ten Mile Range—a stunning vista any time of year. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it's the ultimate getaway.
Start each day by catching the Independence ski lift, located only 50 steps away from the back door. After a day skiing or snowboarding, leave your gear in the villa’s mud room and take a soak in the hot tub or have a drink from the wet bar by the fireplace. In warmer weather, you can prep dinner on the barbecue and enjoy it at the dining area on the deck overlooking the mountains.
The three-bedroom residences are comprised of a one-bedroom residence and two locked-off suite residences. With approximately 1,800 square feet, the condominium delivers a spacious layout that sleeps up to 12 guests. Each bedroom has a king bed with its own bathroom.
