Just a few meters from the residence, you’ll find cafes, restaurants, lounge clubs… and all the essential amenities to make your stay a truly enjoyable experience (grocery store, pharmacy, banks, etc.). By car (taxis are available right outside the residence), you’re just 10 minutes from the famous Djemaa El Fna beach and the main tourist attractions.

The bedroom, decorated in soft colors, features a simple, understated design. The twin beds easily convert into a very comfortable king-size bed, and a large built-in closet offers plenty of practical storage space.

The Art Deco-style residence boasts lush green gardens, shaded by orange and palm trees, and galleries where we love to take a stroll. The swimming pool, hidden from view, is on par with those of the largest hotels. Deck chairs and umbrellas are available for your use. Supervised by a lifeguard during the summer, it features a children’s pool. Commissioned by King Hassan II from the renowned Moroccan architect Sijelmassi (Fès Station, Casablanca Marina, etc.), the Résidence des 3 Palmiers is a landmark in its own right.
