The two-story villa:

Level 1:

We would like to inform our valued guests that, for your safety and peace of mind, the villa is monitored by security cameras at the entrance and at the rear of the villa where vehicles are parked.

The garden, pool, and Jacuzzi are not covered by this system.
IMPORTANT: Please review these rules before making your reservation:

-In accordance with Moroccan law, Moroccan couples or mixed-nationality couples (if one spouse is a Moroccan national) must present a marriage certificate at check-in

-It is strictly prohibited to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodation or residence.

-We remind you that all forms of sex tourism are strictly prohibited in Morocco. Failure to comply with this rule may result in serious penalties, including immediate deportation and legal prosecution.

-You are asked to be considerate of your neighbors (quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties and events are not permitted

-In the event of failure to comply with good neighborly conduct rules or if disturbances are observed, the agency reserves the right to terminate the stay early.

-For security reasons and to ensure a smooth stay, only individuals listed on the reservation are authorized to enter the property. The entrance is under 24-hour video surveillance and monitored by security guards.

-Regarding the use of the pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for their family and children; the Agency disclaims all liability in the event of negligence on the part of the tenant.
