About this villa rental
This splendid villa overlooking the golf course, with its cozy, ethnic decor, is located in the “Les Jardins de l’Atlas” resort, known for its water activities—and more specifically for the Waky, Marrakech’s first water ski lift. It is also part of a secure complex featuring an 18-hole golf course (Palm Ourika Course), tennis courts, and a soccer field.
Here we present one of the most beautiful villas. Its sleek design and spacious, bright rooms will make you want to extend your stay. Among other features, it includes a dining area and a cozy corner where you can relax on one of the three colorful sofas.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) and offers plenty of storage space.
The sleeping area consists of three carefully decorated bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed, and the third has two single beds. In addition, two bathrooms are available.
As for the outdoor area, you can enjoy two swimming pools, one of which is completely private. There are also two furnished outdoor terraces: one located in front of the private pool on the first floor and the other on the villa’s rooftop.
The villa is located within the “Les Jardins de l’Atlas” resort. Parking is available in front of the villa.

Waky Marrakech is located in the heart of Les Jardins de l’Atlas, a resort featuring dozens of luxurious villas and apartments, where everything is designed for your comfort. Waky Marrakech was born out of a collaboration between the complex’s president and world waterski champion Francis Koot.
The best way to reach the complex is by car, as it is located within the Jardins de l’Atlas.
Check-in is after 3:00 PM only.
Please note the following additional fees:
- Check-in between 9:00 PM and midnight: 100 DH
- Check-in between midnight and 6:00 AM: 200 DH
IMPORTANT: We would like to inform our valued guests that:
- For Moroccan or mixed-nationality couples (if one spouse is a Moroccan national), a marriage certificate is required and must be presented at check-in.
- It is strictly prohibited to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodation or residence.
- Sex tourism is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and legal action.
- You are asked to be considerate of the neighborhood (quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties and events are not permitted.
- If noise regulations are not followed, the agency reserves the right to evict tenants before the end of their stay.
- Any additional guests must be registered with the host.
- Only families, couples, and mixed-gender groups are permitted in our accommodations, in accordance with the residence’s rules.
- Regarding the use of the pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for their family and children; the Agency disclaims all liability in the event of negligence on the part of the tenant.
