Inside the house you will find to welcome you a spacious and comfortable living room with Marmorino walls and baked ceramic and lava stone floor, dining room that seats eight, TV area, sofas, a comfortable sofa bed and a full kitchen with an additional dining area attached with a table and chairs made of fine bamboo.
Framing the living area are impressive columns that naturally guide the eye in the direction of the high and majestic vaulted ceiling.
In the sleeping area, all in solid walnut parquet flooring, there are two master bedroom suites, one of which has its own private bathroom with travertine tiling and hydromassage shower.
The second double suite, in addition to a comfortable queen-size bed and ample closet space suitable for long stays, has a mini living room with armchairs and coffee table.
Finally, there is a third bedroom with a queen-size French bed, closets and make-up station.
There is also another full bathroom in the dwelling with a toilet, bidet, shower, and closets for storage.
Both the living and sleeping areas are equipped with hot-cold splits.
