Please note: Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the 3rd floor front desk (8am–12am, 7 days a week). Parking passes are 50 dollars from March 1st through the last day of Shrimp Fest, valid for 14 days. Following Shrimp Fest through February 28th, passes are valid for the duration of your stay. Wristbands are free year-round. Limit of 2 parking passes per unit. No RVs, watercraft, or trailers permitted onsite. No smoking in the unit, common areas, or on the balcony per HOA rules — designated smoking area is located near the charcoal grill area.
