The apartment is a loft with high ceilings, one big open space, divided to 2 floors. The apt. is located on the outskirts of the most beautiful, historical and unique neighborhood in Tel-Aviv: Neve-Tzedek. Right by the Eliphelet light railway station and "The Mesila Park".You may hear some noise.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of the most beautiful, historical and unique neighborhood in Tel-Aviv: Neve-Tzedek.

The apartment is on the ground floor, has a total of 55 sqm, very high ceilings and can accommodate up to 2 guests.
It is one big open space, divided to 2 floors: The first floor is the living room, kitchen and bathroom, the second floor is the bedroom. It is a very unique place.
You can enjoy free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Netflix TV, clean towels and linens. The apt. is very close to all public transportation, grocery shops, cafes and the beautiful beach of Jaffa.
There may be some noise early in the morning from the businesses in the area, since the apartment is in an industrial area.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Flexible check-in and check-out times are possible depending on the circumstances. Thank you in advance for understanding.

The apartment is a 5 min walk from the center of Neve-Tzedek, where you can find a lot of boutique shops, restaurants, coffee shops, the Suzan Dallal theater and dance center and enjoy the lovely architecture all over the neighborhood. It is only 5-10 minute walk from the famous Rothschild Boulevard which is very well known for its rich night life, restaurants, bars etc. Also a 5-10 minute walk to the Carmel market, the beach, H’atachana shopping plaza and the amazing hood of Jaffa (the port, the old city and the flea market).
Perfect location steps away from everything you need or want.
Getting Around:
You'll find plenty of public transportation near the apt. The building is right beside the Eliphelet light rail station and the beautiful "Mesila Park" and a 5 min walk to the beach, jaffa and Rothschild blvd.
Other Things to Note:
You may hear some noise of people walking by - since located in an industrial area and close to the Eliphelet light railway station.

We enjoyed our stay here, in a great neighborhood, a short walk to the beach and old Yaffo, and walking distance to the Carmel market, and many other places. The property was clean and bright, and communication with the host was excellent. The only small downside was that it is on the street level and the walls are not thick so trash pickup made noise in the early morning. But we thought it was a good value and would stay here again.
