About this chalet rental
Beautiful wooden cottage located directly on the shores of Lake Como in Saint-Côme in Lanaudière.
This cottage offers windows and an incredible view of the lake.
It contains 3 closed chambers:
A mezzanine on the 2nd floor that includes a queen bed and two single beds.
An upstairs bedroom with a queen bed.
One bedroom in the basement with a queen bed.
Bedding and towels are provided.
A full bathroom
We offer you a complete kitchen (including fondue and raclette sets).
A private spa open year-round with a view of the lake.
To enhance your days, we offer 2 kayaks and a pedal boat (8 personal flotation devices are available).
A wood burning stove and firewood is provided.
A fire pit outside and wood is also provided.
Included in the rental: 42-inch and 50-inch screens (basement) and DVD movies, BBQ with propane included, unlimited high-speed wireless Internet (fibe) perfect for telecommuting, washer-dryer (soap in limited quantity), dishwasher (soap in limited quantity), central vacuum, bedding and towels, fondue and raclette sets, private dock with two kayaks and a pedal boat, outdoor chairs for the fire pit, outdoor table with umbrella, firewood and for outdoor fires.
Lake Como is a non-navigable lake (motor boat not allowed). Only provided boats are accepted. A private dock in front of the cottage is available for fishing or just to enjoy the view.
A private beach and a tennis court are located in the estate.
Several restaurants, mountain bike trails, skiing, hiking trails.
