We have completely refurbished this 44m2 house.
It is an 8-minute walk from the beaches of Saint-Michel, Valentin and the center.

Garden with trees and shared with the main house but a dining, games and relaxation area is reserved for the house.
Beach hut available on the beach of Saint-Michel
The accommodation bright, spacious, very nice and comfortable 😊.
Travelers can bring their car in if they wish in the driveway along the house or park in front of the house, it's free.
Please do not park in the garden.
The train station is a 5-minute walk away.
The access for trips is through the white gate, you have to lift the zipper, block the doors of the gate with the systems offered, if you want to enter your car in the driveway, along the house.
Other remarks
Bed linen and towels are not provided but you can rent them:
- 15€ double bed (duvet cover, 2 pillowcases and fitted sheet)
-10€ single bed (duvet cover, pillowcase and fitted sheet)
- 5€ towel
- Dish towels and bath mats provided

*All the linen will be in the sofa trunk except the dish towels which will be in the kitchen.
The bins and composter are in front of the main house on the road side.
