We enjoyed a company retreat at this lovely property. Plenty of places to sit, work, eat and relax. The wifi was great and the entire place was clean and comfy. It's about 12-15 minutes to the grocery store, and between a few towns that offer nice restaurants - Sperryville, Culpeper, Madison. I wanted five separate rooms with five separate bathrooms....not easy to find but this place had it! Patrick, the host, was great to work with and made our trip a success. Would I book again? Absolutely!

The property was beautiful and very clean! My extended family and I had a wonderful stay here with plenty of room for everyone with tons of hiking and other activities! We all met here from different states for Thanksgiving giving and was very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was! I would definitely stay here again! Everyone had a great time!
