Built in 1900, this 1600 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is next door to our other large listing, 'The Pecan House' and ‘The White House’. Across the street is another of our listings, 'The Little House on Pecan', and ‘Grandmother’s House’. Two blocks away is 'The Hickory Hill House.

Our home sits in the culturally and
socioeconomically diverse historic downtown lot and block neighborhood of Texarkana, Arkansas, just blocks from the Texas and Arkansas state line. Multiple restaurants 1 to 4 miles away. It is just few blocks to the downtown historic and entertainment district. Approximately 2 miles south from 130.

Free FIBEROPTIC WIFI internet available. Front and rear doors have keypad locks. Parking is curbside OR in the driveway to the left of the house. The driveway beside the house has a relatively steep grade. Low riding cars may drag. No covered parking.

Our home has large, spacious rooms and is decorated in a comfortable, Bohemian, eclectic style.

When entering the front door, you are greeted with a large room with many windows, fireplace with electric logs, a small game table with chairs, secretary desk, upright piano, and a large round table with seating for 6 comfortably. Next is a large living room with leather sofa and two wing backed chairs. There is also a 55 inch ROKU TV mounted over an electric fireplace.

The kitchen has Keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a gas stove. All necessary items to cook a meal are available. Table with seating for 4 people located in the kitchen. The laundry room is directly off the kitchen with front loading washer and dryer.

At the front of the house is a bedroom with full sized bed and chaise lounge. Large windows in this room face the front of the house. Directly off this room is a full sized bath with tub and shower that serves this room and the king bedroom.

King bedroom has 40 inch ROKU TV and two wing backed chairs. Directly off the king bedroom is the back bedroom with windows facing the backyard and side yard. This is a large room with 2 full sized beds (you have to walk through king bedroom to get to the back bedroom). There is also a game table in back bedroom, a chair with small table, and a 32inch ROKU TV. The back bedroom has its own private bath with shower.

Guests have access to the entire home as described. This is NOT a shared home. Guests will be able to access the home 24/7 with an easy to use keypad lock. No key necessary.

High speed FIBEROPTIC WIFI internet is available in the home. NO cable or satellite. All TVs are internet equipped with ROKU platform.

This home is located in a historic lot and block district. There may be some noise from cars, church bells, or a train track that is located approximately one mile from the home in downtown Texarkana.
