This two-story home sits in the heart of West Sonoma County, close to both charming small-town Graton (less than two miles) and quaint downtown Sebastopol (three miles). It's Northern California at its finest, with world-class wineries, the West County Regional Trail, and lovely Laguna de Santa Rosa within a mile or two. Hike or bike along picturesque trails, explore the Russian River to the north or take a scenic drive out to Occidental and the wild ocean coast.
The property is truly something special, from the manicured lawn and gardens to the stone patios looking out across Sonoma wine country. Spread out in the grass with a good book, light the gas grill for an afternoon picnic, and set the table to dine alfresco as the setting sun illuminates the landscape.

Cottage on property is not seen once you are inside house or backyard. Remember to plug in hottub if not plugged in and check circuit breaker in bedroom closet if sauna not turning on. Peaceful and relaxing.

Overall a great stay, beautiful house with a great yard and grounds. However, a couple of additions would have made everything a little better. Instructions for how to use the sauna, it was not clear. Ended up figuring it out, but then that blew the circuit for the hot tub and sauna which shared a plug. I finally found the circuit breaker thanks to Vacasa support, but would have been great to have instructions to only the hot tub or sauna one at a time. The hot tub was in DIRE need of a cleaning, it was slimy. The lights inside were confusing. The living room lights that were labeled didn't work, instead they were by the bookcase. And the lights for the dining room was in the guest room which was super confusing.
However, the deck was great. Loved the beds and pillows, the couch was comfy, some great books to peruse, and the style of the house was very satisfying. Clean the hot tub and I'm happy to stay again!

This is a terrific property with amazing views of the sunrise and at night, twinkling lights of Santa Rosa.
We had a little trouble getting in because the instructions weren’t 100 percent accurate but oh my, it was worth the little bumpy start!

The home is very much like a retreat. Beautiful surroundings, comfortable inside and out. Lots of amenities and it has wonderful eclectic decor. Very fun.
You’re on a hill and feel like you are in your own world.If you need a place to unwind and refresh, this is the home to do it in. And it is dog friendly.
